Description:

This is a "RG-8" size version of the popular LMR-400 type low loss coax. The cable has a characteristic impedance of 50 Ohm.

Most two-way radio communication systems, such as marine, CB radio, amateur, police, fire, WLAN antennas etc., are designed to work with a 50 Ohm cable.

BR-400 cable is to be used in a "single antenna" installation only.

Purchase Options: We can professionally assemble a custom length BR-400 coaxial cable for you or add two connectors to your cart so you can do the assembly yourself. Bob's CB Shop utilizes and recommends our part number PID2293: Bob's CB (UHF-06B-TSSS IP) Silver/Teflon UHF Male Soldering Type (PL-259) connector.
