Returns and Refunds

Thank you for shopping at Bob's CB Shop.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

PLEASE NOTE: New CB Radios and 10 Meter Radios can not be returned.

Our products (excluding New CB Radios and 10 Meter Radios) can be returned within seven (7) days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for the identical product (make and model) or returned for a refund less shipping costs. This claim may be enforced by the original consumer purchaser only--provided that the product is utilized within the U.S.A.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • PLEASE NOTE: New CB Radios and 10 Meter Radios can not be returned.
  • The product was purchased in the last seven (7) days.
  • The product is in its original unsoiled packaging and includes all accessories, manuals and hardware.
  • The packaging must include original product bar code.
  • The product has not been customized or physically altered per customer's request.
  • The product (including packaging, accessories, manuals and hardware) isn't used, damaged, or soiled.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The product resides inside the U.S.A. and the return/refund will be sent to the original consumer purchaser's original shipping address.
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

To obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN), contact us:

Send the product with its original packaging, your contact information, the receipt or proof of purchase, the RMN number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product for an identical item or request a refund (less shipping costs), to:

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping to Bob's CB Shop.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded.
