Store Warranty

Bob's CB Shop warrants that our products will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of consumer purchase. This warranty may be enforced by the original consumer purchaser only--provided that the product is utilized within the U.S.A.

Bob's CB Shop will, without charge, repair or replace, at its option, a defective product upon delivery to the Bob's CB Shop's Warranty Department, accompanied by proof of the date of original consumer purchase, such as a duplicated sales receipt.

You must pay initial shipping charges required to ship the product for warranty service, but the return charges will be at Bob's CB Shop's expense, if the product is repaired or replaced under warranty.

Our warranty does not apply to any item sold "As Is" or "Factory Warranty Only."

Our warranty is void and does not apply to any product: damaged accidentally; in the event of abuse or misuse; as a result of unauthorized repairs or service; if the serial number or warranty seals have been altered, defaced or removed; or if the product resides outside the U.S.A.

All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the length of this warranty.

Bob's CB Shop shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or other damages; including, without limitation, damages resulting from loss of use or cost of installation.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

To be eligible for our warranty, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last ninety (90) days.
  • The product is in its original packaging and includes all accessories, manuals and hardware--required if a replacement is necessary.
  • The packaging must include original product bar code, if applicable.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The product resides inside the U.S.A. and the warrantied product will be returned to the original consumer purchaser's original shipping address.
  • You obtained a Warranty Authorization Number (WAN) from us.

Products that do not meet all of these criteria may not be considered for warranty.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the warranty of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping to Bob's CB Shop.
