Predator 10-K (K-1-22 Competition Plus) - Bad To The Bone - Antenna

PLEASE NOTE: The K-1-22 Competition Plus - Bad To The Bone - Antenna has a CUSTOM length shaft and Predator offers NO WARRANTY on this antenna. This antenna is sold "as is" and carries no store warranty.

The Predator 10K antenna is extremely wide banded with a high DB gain and has a tunable whip for optimum SWR calibration. Predator antennas are made of light-weight aircraft aluminum for strength and durability as well as weight reduction. While other antennas weigh in the "pounds," this one is in the "ounces." Predator antennas are precision machined, not pressed together like other antennas, and made in the U.S.A. The Predator antenna can handle in excess of 25,000 watts. This antenna is for the "big boys" who require a lot of watts.

The "Competition" series antennas are designed for increased audio output. (Great DX antennas!)

The "Bad-To-The-Bone" K-1-22 Competition Plus antenna has a longer insulator - about 2" longer than the K-1-9 Competition antenna - for less loss. The top section where the whip slides into is also about 2" longer. The overall antenna length after tuning is around 7'. The BAD TO THE BONE Competition Plus antenna will out perform the lower priced standard and competition series Predator antennas.
